If we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

6. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

6.1 Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
  • Obtain necessary travel insurance
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Arrive on time for scheduled activities
  • Respect local laws and customs

6.2 Health and Safety

Customers participate in activities at their own risk. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance and medical clearance for adventure activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Explore Canada's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Acts of nature, weather conditions, or natural disasters
  • Political instability or government actions
  • Third-party service provider failures
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Indirect or consequential damages

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
